Here is the Scenario

You are the entertainment manager on Canyon Shadows Voyages, and your lead dancer's behavior has become a cause for concern. With repeated absences from rehearsals, evidence of alcohol consumption during work hours, and reports of disrespect towards other crew members, tensions are high among the cast. Cast members have voiced their frustrations to you about her and do not want to work with her anymore. You are inclined to terminate her employment, but Human Resources informs you that finding a replacement will take another two weeks and you have performances every evening. You have 24 hours to decide before the next cruise begins.
