Food and Beverage and Events Scenario 2

Resolving conflicts for special events

Here is the scenario

As a private club, you plan about 10 weddings a season. Only members, their families, and a guest sponsored by a member are allowed to have a wedding at your club. The wedding you have on the calendar next month is for a friend of everyone's favorite member. The bride and groom come to do their final walk-through before the big day, and the bride sees how busy the club is. Golfers are finishing right behind her ceremony spot. The patio full of members enjoying food and drinks has a full view of where they will be saying their vows. The bride is visibly upset and wants confirmation from you that golf will be paused for their 30-minute ceremony and that the patio will be empty while they get married. She only wants her family and friends to observe their vows.
